Sports

I started rhythmic gymnastics when I was 6 years old. I loved rhythmic gymnastics, and I practiced 3 hours at least 2 or 3 days a week for 4 years. I even practiced 5 hours at a time ahead of competitions.

Sometimes it was difficult, and there were days when I wanted to skip practice. However, I stuck to it until one day I got an injury that stopped me from practicing rhythmic gymnastics

It was a knee condition called Osgood-Schlatter disease, and through consulting the doctor I realized that I could start over once I recover and my body is fully grown a few years later.

Meanwhile, I am working on improving my overall condition through yoga and pilates.

I continue to carry the values that I learned as a rhythmic gymnast, and the mental strength that I earned continues to help me through hardships.

Yoga

I started doing yoga and pilates together with my mom. Yoga has been a great way to stretch my body after practicing gymnastics.

Figure Skating

While I practiced rhythmic gymnastics, I also learned a little bit of figure skating. Although I did not pursue figure skating professionally, I still enjoy ice skating when it's the winter season.

Extreme Sports

I'm usually calm and keep to myself, but there's one thing that others wouldn't know about me at first glance. That is the fact that I have a fearless heart and I love extreme sports!

I enjoy all kinds of exhilarating sports from bungee jumping, paragliding, indoors sky diving, and mountain ATV. In the future, I hope to get a paragliding license.
